The stocks of each product ordered from the Magenta Professional website are checked through the system, and your product is shipped within 3 working days from the day you place the order. Your shipment will be delivered in 4-5 days, depending on the city where the order will go. The orders you place on the weekend and outside of working hours will be delivered to the cargo on the following working day.

Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order at any time on the My Orders page. After your order is shipped, the cargo tracking code will be sent to you. You can find the cargo tracking code in the My Orders section. You can easily find out where your cargo is with this code from the cargo tracking section.

Return Policy

1. When you receive your order, you must open your package and check it with the cargo officer. It is important to pay special attention to this issue with crushed, torn, opened or wet packages. If you come across a problematic product, you should not take delivery of the product, keep a record with the cargo officer, and return the product to Magenta Professional via the cargo company and inform Magenta Professional about the issue. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received. 

2. Returns of products with damaged or destroyed original packaging are not accepted. 

3. Electrical Appliances:

If there is any problem when the product is received, you must send the product and its parts to us in full. Otherwise, it enters the user error. Since our products are imported, there is no warranty period. Without using the product, it can be sent to us with its invoice for replacement within 7 working days.

The shipping fee of the returned products in accordance with the above conditions is paid by the customer.
