Every product purchased from the Magenta Professional website can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product to the buyer, as long as it does not lose its essential properties .  You have to follow the return procedure for the product you want to change. 

What is the Key Feature?
The main feature of the product; It means that it has not been damaged due to user error, has not been used, the package has not been damaged, and the invoice is available.
The exchange and return of products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed and products that cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

You should pay attention  Exceptions

When receiving your order, you must open your package and check it with the cargo officer. It is important to pay special attention to this issue with crushed, torn, opened or wet packages. If you come across a problematic product, you should not take delivery of the product, keep a record with the cargo officer, and return the product to Magenta Professional via the cargo company and inform Magenta Professional about the issue. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.  


  Electrical Devices:

If there is any problem when the product is received, you must send the product and its parts to us in full. Otherwise, it enters the user error. Since our products are imported, there is no warranty period. Without using the product, it can be sent to us with its invoice for replacement within 7 working days.

The shipping fee of the returned products in accordance with the above conditions is paid by the customer.
